City Of Loveland Awards London Computer Systems 2009 Business Enhancement Award
LOVELAND, OH - London Computer Systems Inc. (LCS), a full-service technology and software company and developer of Rent Manager property management software, announces their award by the City of Loveland that recognized LCS for Promotion and Expansion of Business in the city.
"It's really a great honor," states Dave Hegemann, President and Owner of LCS. "When deciding to expand our building or look elsewhere for a larger space, it was this great location on the hillside in Loveland that encouraged us to stay put and add on."
LCS was selected through Loveland's City Council by a secret ballot vote. The award recipient should have demonstrated an increase in business by their number of employees or has enhanced the esthetics of their property through a combination of renovation, building additions or beautification projects.
LCS has recently just completed a 15,000 square foot building expansion that overlooks Loveland-Madeira Road and the whole valley from the hillside on Cottonwood Drive. LCS also continues to add to its current staff in the sales, customer service, programming and IT departments. Work is still in progress to complete the hillside landscaping, but the overall effect of the structure perched on the hillside is impressive and can be clearly seen while traveling the corridor into downtown Loveland.
